Before our trip to Dublin, Ireland, I read so much about people renting cars to traverse the Emerald Isle that I became a bit concerned. As someone who enjoys getting around a new city in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible, and given the number of people searching for car rentals, I wondered : Is Dublin easy to get around?
