Dublin is cold, cloud, and rainy most of the year. Don’t get caught freezing outside! I recommend dressing in layers with at least one layer in high-quality cashmere or wool. Bring a heavy coat, sturdy walking shoes with excellent grip, scarves, gloves, and a beanie to keep your warm.
